The six directors of the high-profile teacher organisation researchED have failed to offer any explanation as to why it is no longer describing itself as a charity, and why it changed its constitution to give one of them unilateral ultimate control.
None of the six, who are among the most prominent participants in social media debate about education with half a million twitter followers between them, responded to a request for comment about changes to the organisation last year, which five* of them had signed off.
