Ofqual will not be releasing evidence it submitted to the government’s curriculum and assessment review, exams regulator confirms

Disclosing its advice to government, including its “analysis” on the feasibility of cutting the length of time students spend in the exam hall, would “undermine the safe space” for policy development, exams regulator says in second stage of my freedom of information request.
Ofqual has again refused to release its evidence to the government’s Curriculum and Assessment Review (CAR), rejecting an appeal by Education Uncovered against a decision it made last term to keep its interactions with the review confidential.
