Future Academies school seems not to comply with governance stipulations in its Articles of Association

The “local governing body” of the flagship school of one of England’s most prominent academy chains appears not to be conforming to rules laid down in the trust’s constitution as to how it should be set up.
Pimlico Academy in Westminster, central London, seems not to have an elected parent on its board.
And the one parent it does have as a governor no longer has children at the school, despite this seeming to be a requirement of the Articles of Association of its academy trust, Future Academies, and also in spite of the school’s website suggesting, until days ago when Education Uncovered made enquiries, that he currently has two sons there.
Meanwhile, the articles seem to imply that elected teaching and non-teaching members of staff should be on each school’s local governing body, though this is not the case at Pimlico Academy.
And official government information on the local board at another Future school, Millbank Academy, list its headteacher as one of its members, though this is not allowed according to the trust’s articles.
